Here is a simplified diagram of the brewing process I created for Hackney Brewery . If you see their beer around, try it, it is really good especially the Golden Ale! If you don’t see it….ask for it, then maybe they will have it next time you go in!

Dunwich Dynamo 2011. Cycle over night from Hackney to Dunwich beach. We got there at 8.45am then went for a lovely swim.

I am going guerrilla gardening tomorrow…these are my seed bombs - they have native wild flowers, sunflowers, foxgloves and rocket in …Also some are Thyme bombs…badoom boom tshhh!  They are balls of mud from my garden with seeds in that we then we dipped the in plaster of Paris.
